E-mail your initial pledge
amount to bill@xdal.org, indicating name, address and amount of pledge. If you are
taking option two, please indicate the amount / kilometer. If you are taking
option three (the extra $14) please also note that on the form. You can also
print a pledge form and mailto the address listed below. Note that
Bruce House will issue a tax receipt for any donation over $10. Please feel
free to also encourage your friends, family and peers to pledge through you,
or by visiting this site. 2.
Follow my progress through the
summer leading up to the race on July 25, 2004 on Updates and on race
day at Ironman Live. 3.
Once the finish is official
(you can verify at Ironman USA, or just take my word for it!) send a cheque, made payable to
Bruce House, to the following address: "If I Tri - 4th
